This thicker and stiffer Compression Cuff was designed to maintain more pressure on injured areas to subdue pain during training. Whether looking for support or extra pop out of the bottom of a bench or overhead press the 2.0’s design provides exactly what you need. They are true to their size (if the area that it will be worn on measures 11" then you should order the 11" Cuff).   The Compression Cuff 2.0 is perfect for anyone who is suffering from elbow pain when lifting. They provide compression and support to the inflamed area which in turn helps reduce pain and allows you to keep training.  
We advise using them during bench and squats. A lot of people don't appreciate the strain that squats can put on the elbows and wearing these can stop that pain from starting in the first place. 
So even if you haven't got pain right now, wearing these might be a good investment in keeping those forearms and elbows healthy!

Simply measure the circumference around the area causing pain and for example if you measure 11”, purchase the 10” for good compression.
